  • Absolutely! We encourage you to share any song requests, whether it's for the ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception. We will do our best to incorporate your favorite songs into the performance, and we can also help you choose the perfect tracks for each part of your event.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially if you're getting married during peak wedding season. However, we are happy to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible.

  • Booking is easy! Simply contact us with your wedding details (date, location, and music preferences), and we will provide a tailored proposal and contract. A deposit will be required to secure your booking, with the balance due before the wedding.

  • Yes, we offer musical services for both the ceremony and reception. For the ceremony, we can perform during the processional, recessional, and any special moments like vows or communion ceremonies. For the reception, we can play background music during dinner.

  • Yes, we can provide a relaxed, acoustic set during your cocktail hour or dinner, creating the perfect atmosphere for your guests. Our music can be either soft background melodies or more upbeat, depending on the vibe you're going for.

  • We offer a variety of packages tailored to different types of weddings and budgets. Our packages typically include performance time, sound equipment, and consultations to help you choose the perfect music for your day. We can also create a customized package based on your specific needs.

  • Yes, we can adjust our setup depending on the venue size and your preferences. Whether you're having an intimate gathering or a large celebration, we will ensure our sound is tailored to the space.

  • Our standard wedding package includes 1 hour of performance. If you require additional performance time or specific timing for different segments of your event, we can discuss customized packages.

  • We offer a smaller sound system, perfect for intimate venues. This sound system is dedicated to our musical performance.

    If your venue has an existing sound system, we can work with it, but we’re happy to provide our own equipment to ensure the best possible sound quality.

  • Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer DJ or MC services. However, we are more than happy to recommend trusted DJs or MCs if desired.

  • River + Light Collective reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who engages in illegal activity, violates state or federal law, or behaves in a manner that endangers the safety, well-being, or comfort of our team members, other customers, or anyone involved in the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, threats, acts of violence, substance abuse, harassment, or any other behavior that creates a hazardous or unsafe environment.

    We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all parties involved. If any customer’s actions place our team or others at risk or violate legal statutes, we will take the necessary steps to protect our employees, customers, and business interests, which may include immediate termination of services without refund.
